Tee Trees Golf Course Update

In our June update we advised that financing conditions in South East Queensland were still extremely challenging, specifically financing for development projects such as golf courses.

Unfortunately this situation has not yet abated with project financing in South East Queensland still extremely tight.

For this reason the development of the Golf Course continues to be on hold until a further improvement in these conditions occurs.
