Ingles Maudsland

This Ingles Maudsland Shopping Centre which is now complete.  It is the first of the Ingles Group expansion into the commercial sector.

Comprising a Child Care Centre for 100 children which is completed and now open as well as a Retail/Commercial Centre.

The centre is situated on a high profile bend on Maudsland Road, Maudsland, Gold Coast, and ideally located to service the established and growing population.  It is nestled amongst the rapidly expanding developments of the Reserve at Oxenford, Riverstone Crossing and Parklake developments.  All together these developments will increase the density in the area by approximately 1,400 homes.
