Discover Big Sky's Wide Green Spaces

For those who love the outdoors, a massive 17.5 hectares (more than 20 per cent) of Big Sky’s 75 hectares is totally dedicated to parks and communal spaces for all the family to enjoy.

These green spaces have been planned with the community in mind and will be linked by extensive networks of bikeways and walkways, ensuring the region retains its natural beauty.

Big Sky will also feature pedestrian friendly boulevards and will incorporate community designs that provide rear lane access to houses. This will further enhance the streetscape to provide a more engaging and open environment for home buyers and visitors.

This picturesque community will also feature a variety of parkland options including environmental conservation corridors, local lifestyle features such as linear parks, seating and shade area, bikeways and a children’s playground for a complete lifestyle package.

Complementing the extensive facilities at Big Sky will be a 500sqm Community Centre dedicated to providing educational and fitness facilities that the community can enjoy. *
